Churro Cheesecake

Lately it seems we have been in a rut as to what to make for dinner or dessert. This past weekend we shook things up a bit and made pretzel bombs & churro cheesecake. I’ll share the pretzel bomb recipe later but here is the dessert. I told my grandkids that if they ever need to remember how to spell desert or dessert.. Just remember.. The one you want more of has two ss’s.
